Every sale is made on the express condition that products are used solely for laboratory research and never for human or animal consumption. This condition is fundamental to the agreement. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is intended for consumption or unlawful use.
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Prices are calculated on our servers at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after payment.
We may limit quantities or decline to sell to any person at our discretion.
We accept payment by card through Stripe, and USDC on the Solana network. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. USDC orders are matched by an exact payment amount shown at checkout. You must send that exact amount, on the Solana network, as USDC. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, or in an incorrect amount.Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Card payments are processed entirely on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. We receive only a confirmation and a session reference.
If you pay in USDC on Solana, that transaction is recorded on a public blockchain. Transaction amounts, wallet addresses, and timestamps are permanently visible to anyone and cannot be deleted or altered by us or by you. We store the transaction signature so we can match your payment to your order. Please consider this before paying from a wallet you associate with your identity.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to operate the store:
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal retention requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California may also request details of information disclosed and are protected from discrimination for exercising these rights.

We use HTTPS throughout, store credentials in encrypted environment variables, and keep payment card handling entirely with Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We currently ship to destinations within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and checkout will not accept a non-U.S. address.
Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Below that a flat $9.95 standard rate is added at checkout. Both figures are shown before you pay.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Card orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. USDC orders are dispatched once the payment is confirmed on the Solana network, which is usually within minutes.
Typical domestic transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. We cannot redirect a package once dispatched. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less any carrier charges, or reshipped at your cost.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact support@maxxiresearch.com. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
Lyophilised peptides are shipped at ambient temperature and are stable in transit. On receipt, store as indicated on the product page — generally refrigerated or frozen, protected from light. Store reconstituted material refrigerated and use within the period appropriate to the compound.
This policy applies to every order placed with Maxxi Research LLC. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept it.
All sales are final. Once an order is paid we do not issue refunds, credits, or partial refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following:
These products are research chemicals. Once a vial leaves our control we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or whether its integrity is intact, so it can never be returned to inventory or supplied to another researcher. This is the reason all sales are final.
USDC payments on Solana are final and cannot be reversed by us, by you, or by any intermediary. Send the exact amount shown at checkout, as USDC, on the Solana network. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, or in an incorrect amount cannot be recovered.
If your order has not yet been dispatched you may ask us to cancel it. Cancellation before dispatch is at our discretion and is the only circumstance in which we may return funds. Contact us immediately — most orders are dispatched the same business day, which leaves a very short window.
This policy covers change of mind. It does not remove our responsibility when something goes wrong on our side. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost:
Report these within 7 days of delivery — or, for a lost shipment, within 7 business days of the last tracking update — to support@maxxiresearch.com with your order number and a photograph where relevant. Our remedy in these cases is replacement of the affected item.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a right applies, it prevails over this policy.
